We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jim Shuttleworth, broker, co-founder, and co-owner alongside his wife, Evelyn. Jim was more than a leader in real estate, he was a legend in our community, known for his integrity, dedication, and genuine care for the people he served for nearly 50 years.
For 26 years, Jim worked side by side with his son, Joe Shuttleworth, passing down not only his knowledge of real estate but also his commitment to honesty, service, and relationships built on trust. Joe is honored to continue his father’s legacy and will remain here for our clients and community, providing the same dependable guidance and personal care that Jim believed in so deeply.
